Privacy Notice

Data controller

Tenzivo S.L. (NIF B26792556) is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: [email protected].

Data we process

When you use the contact form, we process your email address, message, selected language and technical anti-spam verification data. The theme preference is stored only in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact data to reply to your request, assess a possible product engagement and take requested steps before an agreement. We rely on your request, consent where applicable and legitimate interests in protecting the form from abuse.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose a color theme, your browser saves that preference locally. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical browser storage to protect the contact form. We do not use these tools to profile visitors. Optional analytics or advertising will require a separate consent choice before activation.

Service providers

The website may use DigitalOcean for hosting, Resend for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification. These providers process only the data needed to deliver their services under their own contractual and security terms. Hosting runs behind the Cloudflare network, which handles every request and sets a strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie in your browser to tell automated traffic from people.

Retention

Contact messages are normally kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Write to [email protected]. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website, providers or processing activities change. The current date is shown above.
